How I work
Distribution first. Always.
Most products die because nobody finds them, not because the code was bad. So I test the channel before the build: a landing page, a directory, an influencer persona, an SEO play. If the channel moves, I build the thing behind it. If it doesn't, I kill it in a month and log what happened. The experiments list is the receipt — the archived ones matter as much as the live ones.
